These terms apply to purchases from Lovely Artists, operated by AURAVIBE GIFTS AND ACCESSORIES PTY LTD(ABN 22 689 345 122), NSW 2528, Australia. Australian law applies, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Goods and price

Listed prices are in AUD and include GST. The amount sent to PayPal is calculated on our server from the catalogue. Client-supplied prices are ignored.

Payment

You pay on PayPal. This site does not collect card details. A paid order is confirmed only after PayPal reports a completed capture. Refunds are processed in PayPal.

Delivery

Delivery cost and timing are confirmed separately after the goods payment. We do not publish a rate that has not been set.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
