What currency do you use?

Australian dollars. Every marked price includes GST.

Do you take cards on this site?

No. Payment is completed on PayPal. This shop does not show card fields and does not store card numbers.

When is delivery confirmed?

After the goods payment. We do not publish a delivery price that has not been set. The PayPal amount is the goods total only.

How many photographs does a product have?

As many as the source catalogue provided for that piece, stored locally. Some trays have one studio frame. Glasses, totes and candles usually have a set: the object, the print close-up, and a table or rail shot.

How do I ask about a refund?

Write to billing@lovelyartists.com. Refunds for paid orders are processed through PayPal.

What does “Marked down” mean?

Some cards carry that label because the piece is on the current sale list of the catalogue we sell. The AUD price on the card is still the amount you pay, GST included. We do not show a struck-through previous price, because that list does not publish one.

How many pieces are in the shop?

Fifty unique objects. The first shop page shows ten. Use Next for the rest.
