What we collect

If you email us we see the address, name and message you send. If you place an order we collect name, email, phone, Australian delivery address, bag contents and the amount calculated on our server. Hosting logs may keep an IP address, date and URL for security.

PayPal

Payment is processed by PayPal Australia Pty Limited. We send name, delivery address, line items and the goods total so PayPal can take the payment. We do not collect or store card numbers, cardholder names, expiry dates or security codes. Order comments are not sent to PayPal. Paid orders and refunds are managed in PayPal Activity.

Bag storage

The bag is stored in your browser as localStorage. It is not an account.

Cookies

We use a technical cookie when you start a payment and localStorage for cookie choice and the bag. See the Cookie Policy.

Access and complaints

Ask for access or correction at info@lovelyartists.com. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We name that office only. We do not publish its contact details.
